Information you choose to share

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, service of interest and message. You may also choose to provide your organisation and phone number.

How your information is used

Your details are used to review your enquiry, contact you and discuss the services you have requested. The form does not enrol you in a mailing list.

Form processing

Website enquiries are processed by FormSubmit and forwarded by email to Astound Consult’s designated enquiry inbox. If online submission is unavailable, you can send the enquiry through your email app. Please refer to FormSubmit’s privacy policy for information about its processing. Your information may be processed outside Nigeria by the service provider.

Website resources

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those resources, Google receives standard connection information, such as your IP address. The website does not set its own advertising or analytics cookies.

Retention and requests

Enquiry information may be retained in email correspondence for the purpose of responding to you and managing the requested engagement. For questions about your information, or to request access, correction or deletion, contact info@astoundconsult.com.ng.

Keep sensitive information out of the form

Please do not submit bank details, identity documents, financial records or other sensitive information through the enquiry form. Appropriate arrangements can be discussed directly with our team if needed for an engagement.
